Matt Williams – Beverage Director
Matt brings over fifteen years of food and wine experience to FortyEight.  Originally trained as a chef, Matt developed a passion for wine, became a certified sommelier, and is currently studying to become an advanced sommelier. 

Jason Birdsey - Restaurant Manager

Since his early years, Jason has traveled up and down the east coast, working in restaurants from Boston to Charleston.  During his culinary education, he developed a passion for wine and has continued learning ever since.  He has achieved his WSET Advanced certificate and is currently working towards his Sommelier Certification.
